교육비 신청자격 원클릭 신청 시스템, 대상여부 조회 궁급하신분들 따라해보세요. 

 

제가 포스팅을 하는 2021년 3월 2일부터 3월 19일까지 교육급여 및 교육비 지원 집중신청기간입니다. 신청자격에 충족하더라도 따로 신청을 하지 않으면 혜택을 받을 수 있으니 꼭 신청하시길 바랍니다. 신청기간 외에도 신청은 할 수 있으나 기간 내 신청하는게 더 많은 혜택을 받을 수 있는거니 기간 내 잊지 말고 하세요~.

 

 

 

 

 

초중고 학생 교육급여 교육비 지원은 비슷한 맥락이라고 이해할 수 있으나 지원대상(지원자격) 및 지원 내용에 따라 약간의 차이가 있다고 보시면 됩니다. 

 

1. 지원대상 

교육급여 : 국민기초생활수급자 (기준 중위소득 50% 이하) 

교육비: 기초생활수급자, 한부모가족보호대상, 법정차상위 대상자 등

 

2. 지원내용

교육급여: 초중고 교육활동지원비, 고등학교 교과서대금, 입학금 및 수업료

교육비: 학교급식비, 방과후학교 자유수강권, 교육 정보화지원 (PC, 인터넷통신비), 고교 학비(입학금 및 수업료, 학교운영지원비) 등

 

신청방법은 PC나 모바일로 온라인 신청도 가능하고 주민등록주소지의 읍면동 주민센터 방문을 통해서 할 수도 있는데요. 온라인 신청의 경우 학부모 공동인증서가 꼭 필요하다고 합니다. 

 

그리고 제출서류는 사회보장급여 신청서, 소득,재산 신고서, 금융정보 등 제공동의서, 통장사본, 신분증 등입니다. 

 

그럼 신청하기 전에 좀 더 자세히 교육급여 및 교육비 지원 신청자격 (대상)에 포함이 되는지 원클릭 신청 시스템에서 대상여부를 조회 및 확인해보실 수 있습니다. 

 

 

 

아래는 원클릭 신청 시스템 들어가면 나오는 확인입니다. 각 카테고리 별로 보기 쉽게 구분이 되어 있어서 원하는 메류를 선택하셔서 들어가신 후 조회해보시면 자세히 내용을 확인하실 수 있습니다. 

 

 

 

 

교육급여와 다르게 교육비 지원은 시도교육청별 지원기준이 다르므로 해당 주소지 기준으로 교육청별 기준을 직접 확인해보시는게 좋습니다. 

 

 

 

 

 

메뉴를 선택해서 들어가봅니다. 지도에서 이용하고자 하는 시,도교육청을 선택합니다. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

지역을 클릭하면 지원기준이 상세히 나옵니다. 저는 편의상 서울특별시교육청으로 선택해서 조회해보았습니다. 

 

확인할 수 있는 내용으로는 교육급여 지원 범위, 학년별 교육비 지원범위, 교육비 지원내용, 교육비 지원대상(신청자격)을 확인할 수 있습니다. 

 

 

 

 

교육비 지원 범위로는 위에서 설명 드린대로  입학금, 수업료, 학교운영지원비, 급식비, 방과후 학교 자유 수강권, 교육정보화지원(인터넷)을 받을 수 있다는 내용을 확인할 수 있습니다. 

 

 

 

 

 

교육비 지원 대상 , 신청자격은 1순위부터 6순위까지 표시되어 있습니다. 

1순위는 저소득층수급 자격보유자- 국민기초생활 보장수급자 , 2순위는 한부모가족 보호대상자, 3순위는 법정 차상위대상자, 4순위는 중위소득 기준이하 60% 이하, 5순위는 학교장 추천, 6순위는 난민인정자입니다. 신청자격을 갖추어서 신청을 했더라도 시,도교육청별 예산 범위에서 넘어가는 인원이 신청했을 경우 순위별로 지급이 됩니다. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

교육부 신청 대상여부도 바로 조회 할 수 있는데 이 때는 학부모의 실명인증이 필요합니다. 

 

 

 

그리고 원클릭 신청 시스템에서 대상여부 소득인정액 산정기준을 조회 해볼 수도 있는데요.

작년에 교육비를 지원 받았으면 또 신청하지 않아도 되는데요. 교육급여는 확인이 필요가 없지만 교육비는 원클릭시스템에서 신청이 잘 되었는지 확인해보는게 좋습니다. (누락방지). 

교육비 지원은 예산에 따라서 매년 대상자를 새로 선정하기 위해서 교육급여와 다르게 신청되었는지 확인해보는게 좋다고 하네요. 

교육비는 4월 말~5월 초 경 심사결과를 서면/문자메세지 등으로 안내한다고 합니다. 학교별로 여건에 따라서 심사가 늦어질 수 있다는 점 참고바랍니다.

If you are curious about the application system for the application for education fee application, please follow it.

1. Eligible for support 
Education benefits: National basic living beneficiaries (standard median income of 50% or less) 
Education expenses: Basic livelihood recipients, single-parent family protection targets, persons subject to legal subcommittee, etc.;


2. Support details
Education benefits: elementary, middle and high school education activities support expenses, high school textbook fees, admission fees, and tuition fees;
Education expenses: School meal expenses, after-school free tuition rights, education informatization support (PC, Internet communication expenses), high school tuition (admissions and tuition fees, school operation support expenses, etc.;
You can apply online through PC or mobile and visit the Eupmyeon-dong Community Service Center at the resident registration address. In the case of online applications, a joint parent certificate is essential. 
And the submission documents are social security benefits applications, income, property reports, financial information, etc., bankbook copies, identification cards, etc. 
Then before applying, you can inquire and check whether the target is included in the application for education benefits and education expenses in more detail in the one-click application system. 

Below is the confirmation that comes out when you enter the one-click application system. It's easy to see each category, so you can check the details by selecting the type of mail you want and checking it out. 
Unlike education benefits, educational expenses support has different standards for each city and provincial education office, so it is recommended that you check the standards for each education office based on the address. 
Let's select a menu to enter. Select the city and provincial education offices you want to use on the map. 
Click Region to find out more about the support criteria. For convenience, I chose the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education and inquired. 
You can check the scope of education benefits, the scope of education support by grade, the details of education support, and the subject of education support (qualification for application). 
As I explained above, you can see that you can receive admission fees, tuition fees, school operation support fees, meal expenses, after-school free tuition, and educational information support (Internet). 
The application qualifications for education expenses are marked from 1st to 6th. 
The first priority is low-income recipients - national basic living security recipients, second is single-parent family protection, third is legal second-tier, fourth is below 60% of median income, fifth is recommended by school principals, and sixth is refugee recognition. Even if you have applied for the application qualification, it will be paid by rank if the number of people who exceed the budget range of each city and provincial education office apply. 
You can also check whether the Ministry of Education is eligible for application right away, at which time you need a real-name certificate from your parents. 
You can also check the criteria for calculating the target income recognition amount in the one-click application system. 
The method of calculating the amount of income recognition is explained, and the details of each item are written below, so you can look at it one by one.  Also, you can calculate the elementary, middle and high school education expenses in the mock calculation category, so it would be good to check the target status in the one-click application system before applying. 
You don't have to apply again if you received education support last year. You don't need to check the education benefits, but it's better to check if the application for the education fee is successful in the One-click system. (Prevent omission) 
According to the budget, it is better to check if the application for educational expenses is different from the education benefits to select a new person every year. 
The educational expenses will be guided by written/textual messages, etc. about the end of April or early May. Please note that the examination may be delayed depending on the conditions of each school.
