2021년 교육급여 신청자격 신청방법, 지급일

 

 

2021년 초중고 학생들의 교육급여와 교육비 신청을 오늘(3/2)부터 오는 19일까지 집중신청기간으로 신청을 받는다고 교육부에서 밝혔습니다. 

 

대상자는 기초생활보장 수급자와 한부모가정, 법정 차상위계층 등 조소득층 초중고 학생인데요. 지난해에 비해서 25%가 인상된 금액으로 초등학생은 연간 28만 6천원, 중학생은 37만6천원, 고등학생은 44만 8천원을 지원받을 수 있는 제도입니다. 신청자격과 신청방법, 결과, 지급일에 대한 정보를 알려드리도록 하겠습니다. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. 교육급여 지원

 

 

2021년 교육급여 및 교육비지원은 집중신청 기간 외에도 신청 가능하나 입학금 및 수업료는 신청한 달부터 지원이 되기 때문에 학기초에 신청하는 것이 더 유리한데요. 그래서 집중신청기간에 신청하는것이 더 도움된답니다.

 

집중신청기간 : 2021년 3월 2일~ 3월 19일까지입니다. 놓치지 말고 바로 신청하세요. 

 

 

이미 지원을 받고 있는 중이라면 재신청은 필요없으며, 지원 받고 있는 형제/자매가 있어도 새로 초등학교에 입학하는 학생의 경우 신규로 신청해야합니다!!

2. 교육급여 선정기준 및 신청자격

교육급여 수급자는 신청한 가구의 소득 및 재산조사 결과가 기준 중위소득 50% 이하인 경우에 대상자로 선정이 되는데 가구원 수에 따라서 다르니 신청자격은 위 표를 참고하셔서 확인하시면 됩니다. 

 

그리고 교육급여 수급자에 선정이 되지 않아도 각 시,도교육청별 지원 기준(통상 기준 중위소득 50~80%)에 속하면 교육비 대상자로 선정되어 지원을 받을 수 있다고 보시면 됩니다. 

 

 

 

 

3. 작년과 달라진 사항

작년까지는 교육급여를 지급할 때 급여항목을 부교재비와 학용품비로 나누어서 지급했었는데, 기존 방식이 개선되어 올해부터는 학생 개인이 자율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 교육활동지원비로 급여항목이 통합되어 지급이 됩니다. 

 

학생별 교육수요에 따라서 자율적으로 지출이 가능하다는 점에서 활용성을 높일 수 있는 방안인데요. 평균적으로 작년 지원금액 대비 24%가 인상되었는데 초등학생은 38.8%, 중학생은 27.5%, 고등학생은 6.1% 인상이 되었습니다.

또한 무상교육 제외 학교에 다니는 고등학생은 입학금과 함께 수업료와 해당 학년의 정규 교육과정에 편성된 교과목의 교과서 금액 전체를 지원 받을 수 있습니다. 

 

 

교육비 대상자로 선정되면 입학금, 수업료, 학교운영지원비, 교과서비, 급식비(중식비), 방과후학교 자유수강권(연 60만원 이내), 컴퓨터, 인터넷 통신비(연23만원 이내) 등을 지원 받을 수 있습니다.

4. 교육급여 신청방법

 

2021년 교육급여 신청방법은 교육비 원클릭 신청 시스템 또는 복지로에서 온라인 신청을 하거나 해당 지역 행정복지센터 방문신청으로 할 수 있습니다. 

 

온라인 신청방법: 검색창에 "교육비 원클릭" 또는 "복지로" 검색해주세요. 

 

제출서류는 신청서, 소득.재산신고서, 금융정보등제공동의서, 교육 정보화지원동의서, 기타소득재산확인용 기타서류, 통장사본, 신분증 등이 필요합니다. 

 

 

올해 교육급여와 교육비 전체 지원 예산 규모는 약 2천 9백억원이며 교육급여의 경우 31만명, 교육비는 57만명에게 지급될 예정이라고 합니다. 

 

 

5. 결과 및 지급일 

지급일은 대상자 선정 후 결과가 나온 후에 다시 알 수 있겠지만 작년 지급일은 3월 24일 , 25일에 입금을 받으셨다고 하네요.

3. What's Changed from Last Year

4. How to apply for education benefits
